Environmental Permitting and Compliance

E3 CONSULTANTS offers legal environmental advice to national and international clients within the Mexican territory in order to adapt and comply with recent and upcoming regulations in environmental matters in Mexico and the world. Our services also include environmental permitting for new activities as well as enterprises in operation; we also perform environmental permitting covering most kinds of permits issued in the Mexican regulation.

E3 CONSULTANTS has been in charge of environmental cost-benefit analysis in which environmental liabilities are also evaluated from the economic perspective. At the Coatzacoalcos River basin, a highly industrialized area in the Gulf coast in order to design and suggest environmental legislation policies, our company performed an environmental cost-benefit analysis

Our company was selected in order to conduct the environmental feasibility studies for the new Mexico City international airport at the Tizayuca Valley in the state of Hidalgo. E3 CONSULTANTS prepared a diagnostic of the area and evaluated the feasibility of the project from the environmental point of view. In addition, we provided technical support during the evaluation process in which environmental and academic institutions such as the Programa Universitario de Medio Ambiente (University Environmental Program) of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (U.N.A.M) evaluated the Mexico city airport alternatives.
