Héctor Lesser Hiriart received his bachelor’s degree in Biology at the School of Science of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). He is a postgraduate student in Biology in the same institution. Mr. Lesser has more than 17 years of experience in the direction, coordination and execution of environmental studies such as: property transfer audits; environmental audits by assignment as well as audits required by environmental government authorities; Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA). He has been a consultant in environmental matters for a variety of industrial companies and services. He is extremely knowledgeable of the Mexican environmental legislation. In addition, Mr. Lesser was selected by the LEAD (Leadership for Environment an Development) Program to participate in its sixth generation. The LEAD Program is supported by the Rockefeller Foundation to create a worldwide net of professionals related with sustainable development. Germán Araneda Vázquez studied Biology at the Metropolitan Autonomous University campus Xochimilco, and holds a specialization in aquaculture supported by the PNUD/FAO/SUDEPE in  Sao Paulo, Brazil. Mr. Araneda is also a postgraduate student in Ecology at the Biotic Resources Research Institute (INIREB) and the Ensenada’s Superior Studies and Research Center (CICESE). Mr. Araneda has a wide experience in the diagnostic and management of natural resources as well as in the formulation, execution and follow-up activities for a wide range of research programs. Mr. Araneda is the former Director of INDOART, Sustainable Development, a consulting enterprise from the Latin American Economic System (SELA) focused on rural communities environmental issues. Mr. Araneda has been involved in environmental restoration programs for affected areas as  well as ecotourism projects at the southeast and the central part of the country in which he has coordinated non governmental organizations, social groups, and research and academic institutions. In addition Mr. Araneda has provided assessment for government agencies and private companies for sustainable development issues.
